Chu Kwun Kee Metal Manufactory Limited (CKK) was established in Hong Kong in 1963 specializing in the production of metal and wooden photo frames. From our humble beginning, we have developed into one of the largest photo frame manufacturers in Asia, boasting an annual production capacity of more than 48 million pieces of photo frames and albums.

We have been supplying various types of metal, wooden, and plastic photo frames for prestigious stores in the U.S. and Europe for years. Customers can select from our diversified range of stamped, roll-formed, and die-cast metal frames, and also from our extensive range of plastic and handmade wooden
frames. Over the years, we have developed and manufactured tens of thousands of different designs for our clients and more than 3000 designs are available at any time. We welcome requests for custom-made designs; our experienced team of designers and artisans are at hand to tailor designs for your every need.
 

In the early days of our business, we mainly produced wind chimes and metal accessories for handbags. It was not until 1978 that we started to produce metal photo frames. Our business quickly expanded and in 1982, we had to move our production base from Hong Kong to China to keep up with the increasing demand. 1993 was another milestone when we started to produce our line of highly successful wooden photo frames.

CKK has a long history in metal processing; we are one of the pioneers in this field in Hong Kong and have accrued more than 43 years' experience in metal processing and 28 years' experience in metal photo frame production. We have a solid track record of combining technical expertise and managing know-how in premium-grade photo frame manufacturing.

As a maker of premium gift items, we take our customers' opinions seriously. No effort is spared to continuously improve on the cost, quality and delivery schedule. To ensure that our quality is not compromised by sub-standard component manufacturers, we have taken steps to vertically integrate our entire manufacturing process. We have invested in a comprehensive range of machinery for nearly every production process which allows us to have full control over the quality, cost and delivery schedule.

Today, from our headquarters in Hong Kong, we oversee two production bases in Shenzhen, China with 1 million square feet of production space and living quarters for our workforce.

Believing that following the ISO9001 quality standard would improve our product quality and service level, we took steps to upgrade our process and were awarded an ISO9001 certificate by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in June 1999. But our efforts do not end here, we are constantly upgrading our processes to keep up with increasing demands of customers; by doing this we hope to provide them products of the highest quality in terms of design, product quality and after-sales service.
